In celebration of this sun-soaked season, we’ve crafted these refreshing, fruit inspired, low-alcohol cocktails that capture sips of summertime in your glass.
Full of tropical fruit, this cocktail will make you feel like you are basking on the beach. The coconut milk is rich and creamy, the mango adds a sweetness while the Electra provides a subtle layer of stone fruit and sparkle.
1/4 cup Fresh cut pineapple
1/2 cup ripe mango cubes, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup sweet condensed coconut milk
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 1/4 lemon)
1/4 cup Electra
Combine Fruit, condensed coconut milk, lemon juice and ice in a blender. Blend. Stir in Electra. Serve in a Pina Colada glass. Garnish with black cherry and fresh pineapple chunk.
Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth
Light, refreshing, and full of watermelon goodness. This libation is simple to create and sure to impress.
2 oz Vya Whisper Dry
4 chunks of fresh cut watermelon
3/4 oz *lime zest simple syrup
6 leaves fresh mint
Splash of soda water
Combine ingredients in a glass and muddle. Add ice. Top with soda, garnish with more mint.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lime Zest
Cook sugar and ½ cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in lime zest. Let cool. Strain.
Essensia Orange Muscat
Crisp and delicious, this refresher will perk up your taste buds on a hot summer day.
1 1/2 oz Essensia Orange Muscat
1 tsp. Orange blossom water
2 cucumber wheels
6 mint leaves
Soda to top
Muddle cucumber and mint. Add remaining ingredients to shaker. Shake. Strain. Top with soda. Garnish.
