Beat the heat this summer with a rosé mojito cocktail that’s refreshingly fabulous. Strawberries and mint are a divine pairing with Electra Rosé’s playfully sweet effervescence; add extra ice for some thirst-quenching, yummy fun in the sun.
Ingredients:
2 parts Electra Moscato Rosé
1 part club soda
Splash of simple syrup
2 lime wedges
6 mint leaves
2 strawberries, sliced
Preparation:
Add lime, strawberries, mint leaves, and simple syrup to a highball mojito glass and muddle. Fill the glass with ice. Add two parts Electra Rosé and one part club soda. Garnish with a mint leaf, lime wedge and/or strawberry slice.
