The addition of fresh ginger gives this classic Negroni cocktail a spicy kick!
1.5 oz Vya Sweet Vermouth
1.0 oz Campari or Similar
1.0 oz Gin
1/2 inch piece of ginger, minced
Garnish: Candied ginger
Add the ginger, 1/2 ounce Vya Sweet Vermouth to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, remaining Vya Sweet Vermouth, Gin and the Campari. Stir.
Double strain into a Nick and Nora Glass. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
