This iteration of the classic root beer float gives the adults something to savor while the kiddos enjoy their own floats! Made with ginger ale and a mix of Vya Extra Dry and Sweet Vermouths, our Ginger Float is a creamy cocktail that doubles as dessert. Is there anything better?

Ingredients:

2 oz. chilled Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
1 tsp. chilled Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp. grenadine syrup
4 oz ginger ale
1-2 scoops french vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

Pour Vya Extra Dry, Vya Sweet, grenadine and ginger ale into a Collins glass. Stir well. Scoop Ice cream into glass. Top with more ginger ale, then garnish with a cherry. Cheers!
