A dark red berry spin on the classic mimosa, this recipe uses our Elysium Black Muscat dessert wine to add a subtle and delicious touch of raspberry and strawberry!


1 part Quady Elysium Black Muscat Dessert Wine
1 part Sparkling wine
1 part Orange juice


Combine equal parts Elysium, sparkling wine and orange juice to a champagne flute. Serve.

Experiment with more or less of each ingredient to find the perfect flavor for you!
