Bright flavors of raspberries and rhubarb plus the baking spices of  Vya Sweet Vermouth make this perky take on the classic Americano cocktail perfect your weekend BBQ —  pair it with this BBQ Jackfruit “Pulled Pork” Sandwich for a full flavored match-up that’s sure to satisfy!


1 oz Raspberry infused Vya Sweet Vermouth*
1 oz Zucca
Top with soda

Build in a Collins glass over ice.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

*Raspberry Infused Vya Sweet Vermouth:

1/2 pint (1 cup) raspberries
6 ounces (3/4 cup) Vya Sweet Vermouth
2 tbsp superfine sugar

Gently stir raspberries, Vya Sweet Vermouth and sugar in a bowl. Let stand for an hour. Stirring occasionally. Strain.
