Say Hello to Fall with the Fall Fizz and Vya Vermouth

Fall is here and we’ve got the perfect cocktail to usher in the season! The Fall Fizz is the ideal balance in sweet and tart featuring our award winning Vya Sweet Vermouth. What makes the Fizz even better is its use of simple ingredients, making it easy and convenient to make no matter the time or place.

1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz unfiltered fresh pressed apple juice
club soda, chilled
lemon zest

Add brown sugar to a rocks glass. Pour lemon juice over the brown sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour in Vya Sweet Vermouth and fresh pressed apple juice. Fill with ice. Stir gently then top with club soda. Garnish with lemon peel. Serve.
