Piña Coladas aren’t just for summertime. Make yours winter wonderful with the addition of Electra Moscato! Electra’s sweet citrus, peach and melon profile is a hit with coconut milk and frozen pineapple; no pineapple juice needed! Just a frosty fun cocktail that’s perfect for getting you into the spirit of the season.
Ingredients:
2 oz. white rum
2 oz. Electra Moscato
2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup frozen pineapple
Garnish: simple syrup + coconut flakes
Preparation:
Rim glass with simple syrup and coconut flakes and set aside. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glass. Enjoy!
