4 oz Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
1 oz Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 oz homemade orgeat
splash tonic water
1 lemon peel
Fill a collins glass halfway with ice. Pour ingredients into the glass and stir. Garnish with the lemon peel.
