Looking for the perfect Halloween cocktail? Let the Devil’s Negroni tempt you with its delightful deviation from the classic recipe. What makes it different? This devilishly good concoction adds in pomegranate juice for a touch of sweetness, trading out the sweet vermouth for dry. When made with Vya Extra Dry Vermouth, this Negroni riff features a refreshing herbal quality that jives sinfully well with the gin, Campari and pomegranate.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. gin
1 oz. pomegranate juice
Garnish: orange peel (optional)

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel if desired.
