Even Santa couldn’t turn down this sweet little concoction made with Red Electra Moscato! Rich cherry flavors from Red Electra and decadent Luxardo Maraschino cherry syrup are the perfect mix with zesty lemon juice and your favorite bottle of bubbly. Shake one up for a festive cocktail that tastes like the cherry on top of your holiday season.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Red Electra Moscato
1 oz. Luxardo Maraschino cherry syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1-2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Top with sparkling wine
Garnish: simple syrup + sugar rim
Optional garnish: sugar-coated gumdrops
Preparation:
Rim a flute with simple syrup and sugar and set aside. In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients except sparkling wine. Shake to mix, then pour into your prepared flute. Top with sparkling wine. If desired, garnish with gumdrops for a fun pop of color!
