1 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
3 Tbsp. Pumpkin purée
1 oz. Bourbon of choice
1/2 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
3/4 oz. Apple cider
1/2 oz. Heavy cream (for non-dairy options, try almond or coconut milk)
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
Garnish: Pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until mixture is frothy. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with pumpkin pie spice or grated nutmeg.
