Port is a must around the holidays … kick things up a notch by turning it into the tastiest port espresso martini – in just a few easy steps! This recipe features Quady Starboard Batch 88 – a decadent port-style wine with flavors that place it somewhere in between a ruby (fruity) and a tawny (nutty/caramel). Mix up this martini and enjoy the fabulous interplay of flavor from Batch 88 and espresso.
Ingredients:
2 oz. espresso or cold brew of choice
1.5 oz. Starboard Batch 88
1 oz. vodka
0.5 oz. coffee liqueur
Garnish: dark chocolate pieces
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake to mix then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with dark chocolate pieces.
