Spicy with a touch of floral, this riff on the Perfect Manhattan cocktail pairs up Vya Sweet Vermouth and Vya Extra Dry Vermouth with a jasmine infusion, giving it a fresh and fragrant bloom! Originally created for #manhattanmonth in October 2018, this libation can be enjoyed all year long.


2 oz. Straight whiskey
1/2 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Jasmine Vya Extra Dry Vermouth*
4 dashes Bolivar Bittercube Bitters
Garnish: Orange zest


Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish and serve.

*Jasmine Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
1 cup fresh Jasmine blossoms
2 cups Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
Combine jasmine and vermouth in an airtight container. Let the Vya Extra Dry Vermouth infuse for 1 to 2 days.
