1 pint sweet strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pound cake
1 bottle Electra or Red Electra Moscato
Slice the pound cake into ¾ inch slices and sprinkle each slice with 2 tsp Electra Moscato. Arrange in a serving dish. Whip cream until it starts to thicken and then slowly beat in 1/3 cup Electra Moscato. Spoon the whipped cream over the cake. Slice the strawberries and toss them in 1/3 cup Electra Moscato. Arrange on top of the whipped cream. Enjoy the rest of the bottle with the dessert. Try with Red Electra Moscato also!
