Halloween calls for a cocktail that’s frighteningly fabulous. Mezcal’s smoky profile is scary good paired with Vya Extra Dry Vermouth and a hint of sweetness from Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur. El Esqueleto (The Skeleton) will enchant your palate so much, you might just scream … with delight!
Ingredients:

1¾ oz. Mezcal of choice
1 oz. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Garnish: Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
