Cucumber jalapeño pineapple margaritas are always in season! Cucumber adds a refreshing element to this sweet & spicy margarita made even better with the honeyed citrus of Essensia Orange Muscat.

Ingredients:

1½ oz. 21 Seeds® Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila
1½ oz. Essensia Orange Muscat
3 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. Lime juice (juice from whole lime)
Rim: Tajin
Garnish: cucumber, jalapeño, pineapple

Preparation:

Rim a rocks glass with lime and Tajin. Add all ingredients and half of the pineapple juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into prepared glass. Top with remaining pineapple juice. Garnish with slices of cucumber, jalapeño and pineapple if desired.
