3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350˚. Spray or butter a 9×9 baking pan. In a double boiler or in microwave melt butter and chocolate chips together, remove from heat.
In separate bowl stir flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder until incorporated.
When the chocolate mixture has cooled a little, whisk in eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and whisk until just incorporated. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
