Classic Cocktial Americano Royale Vya Sweet Vermouth Strawberries Rhubarb Zucca Soda Water Lemon twist BBQ cocktail


This light and refreshing spritzer is perfect to enjoy while catching up with your guests. The bright flavors of raspberries, rhubarb, and the baking spices of  Vya Sweet Vermouth, make this perky take on the classic Americano a perfect aperitif cocktail to serve before your holiday meal.


1 oz Raspberry infused Vya Sweet Vermouth*

1 oz Zucca

Top with soda


Build in a Collins glass over ice.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

*Raspberry Infused Vya Sweet Vermouth:

1/2 pint (1 cup) raspberries

6 oz (3/4 cup) Vya Sweet Vermouth

2 tbsp superfine sugar

Gently stir raspberries, Vya Sweet Vermouth, and sugar in a bowl. Let stand for an hour. Stirring occasionally. Strain.


Vya Vermouth and Essensia Orange Muscat create a symphony of bittersweet orange and winter spices in this nostalgic vermouth on-the-rocks cocktail. Warm sweet hints of cardamom and clove from Vya Sweet Vermouth balance with cool, fresh herbs of Vya Extra Dry Vermouth. Essensia Orange Muscat and Green Chartreuse add sweetness and complexity.


2 oz Vya Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Vya Extra Dry Vermouth

3/4 oz Essensia Orange Muscat

1 dash Green Chartreuse


Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain in a glass with ice and add an orange peel.



A tonic for the cold: warming for the body and stimulating for the senses, making your guests want to linger.


375 ml (1 ½ cups) Vya Sweet Vermouth

375 ml Vya Extra Dry Vermouth

One orange peeled and sliced

1/2 cup of Essensia Orange Muscat (or ¼ cup brandy)

8-10 cloves

1/3 cup honey

3 cinnamon sticks

1 tsp fresh or 2 tsp ground ginger


Slowly warm ingredients on low to medium heat (avoid boiling), for 20-25 minutes in a large pot. Stir occasionally. Once the honey has dissolved and the stew is steaming it is ready to serve. Serves 4-6.
