We’ve created these five cocktails for you to enjoy under the rays, during the long cool evenings and throughout all of summer. Give these refreshing cocktails a try and let us know what you think!

1. Electra Strawberry Rosé

When we think summer, we think Electra Moscato Rosé. Strawberries are in season and we thought what better way to pair fresh strawberries than with our delicious Rosé. This cocktail doubles up on the strawberry flavors by incorporating strawberry vodka and strawberry Bubly.


1 oz. Absolute Juice Strawberry Vodka or Strawberry Vodka
2 oz. Electra Moscato Rosé
Strawberry Bubly
Garnish: Strawberry


Add Strawberry Vodka and ice to a shaker tin and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Add Electra Moscato Rosé. Top with Strawberry Bubly. For a fun twist, try pouring over frozen berries.

2. Pink Lady

A twist on the classic martini using our Essensia Orange Muscat Dessert Wine and Electra Moscato Rosé. This martini is fresh, cool and pairs best with a summer salad.


1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Quady Essensia Orange Muscat
2 oz. Electra Moscato Rosé
3/4 oz. Lime juice
3 Strawberries
Garnish: Lime Wheel and Strawberry


Add Essensia, vodka, lime juice, and strawberries to shaker tin and muddle. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Electra Moscato Rosé. Garnish with a strawberry and lime wheel. Serve.

3. Electra Bellini

Grab some peaches and our Electra Moscato to make our Electra Bellini. This cocktail can either be served chilled in a champagne flute or blended with ice!


1 oz. Peach schnapps
1 oz. Peach bellini puree (mix or home-made*)
2 oz. Electra Moscato
Garnish: Fresh peach


Add peach schnapps and peach puree to a shaker tin. Add ice and stir. If Electra Moscato is not already chilled, simply add to shaker tin and stir with other ingredients. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled Electra Moscato if not already added. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.

May also be served frozen by putting all the ingredients and ice in a blender.

4. Smoked Essensia

If you like a cocktail with bold citrus flavors that has hints of smoke and spice, our Smoked Essensia is one to try. Essensia Orange Muscat dessert wine and mezcal blend smoothly to create a delicious sweet and smoky margarita-esque concoction! 


2 oz. Mezcal
2 oz. Quady Essensia Orange Muscat
3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Orange juice
Rim: Chili-lime powder*


Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice into a rocks glass with chili-lime rim. Serve.

*On a small plate add chili-lime powder. Rub 1 of the lime or lemon wedges around the rim of a rocks glass. Dip the rim into the chili-lime mixture.

5. Chocolate Elysium Delight

The perfect cocktail to enjoy during the cool of evening after a long warm summer day. Our Elysium Black Muscat dessert wine and chocolate complement each other naturally, so it only makes sense that they would pair together perfectly in a cocktail. This Chocolate Elysium Delight is dessert in a glass!


1 3/4 oz. Quady Elysium Black Muscat
1 oz. Vanilla vodka
1 oz. Crème de Cocoa or chocolate liqueur
1 oz. Heavy cream
Garnish: Milk chocolate bar, crumbles or syrup


Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into martini glass. Garnish and serve.
