Quady Winery shines at SF Chronicle Competition

The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition is the largest wine competition of American wines in the world with  7,000 + entries in 2017. This competition has traditionally been the first of the year. Judges are selected throughout the major American wine regions to offer a diversity of backgrounds to each judging panel.

Quady Winery was honored with a total of seven awards! We are thrilled to have received three Double Gold awards for our 2015 Red Electra, 2015 Elysium and Starboard Batch 88 Port! Double Gold awards are considered a unanimous Gold voted by a five-member judging panel and is one of the most prestigious awards given at the competition. Our Vya Sweet Vermouth also received a Gold Award.

The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Public Tasting took place on Saturday, February 18th at Fort Mason Center. The tasting featured award winning wineries and drew over 5,000 consumers to the one-day tasting.  Many of our loyal customers and friends stopped by to say hello and taste some of our award-winning wines.
