This low-proof cocktail option brings all the flavors of a Manhattan without the booze, making it a perfect afternoon cocktail.
2 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Strong black tea (Preferably Republic of Tea Caramel Vanilla)
1 oz. Cherry juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: Brandied cherries or orange zest.
Steep tea for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish.
