Starboard Batch 88 settles nicely with bourbon and Vya Sweet Vermouth in this hearty cocktail. A drink that will last a while and is known to please a crowd of bartenders (if the attendees of 2012 Camp Runamok can remember this late into the night). This version created by Mixologist Dustin DeWinter in San Diego, CA.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. Starboard Batch 88
Dash of bitters
Garnish: Brandied Cherries

Preparation:

Combine ingredients and stir well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.
