The Best Classic Cocktails Made Better with Elysium Wine
Like our Essensia Orange Muscat dessert wine, Quady fans commonly know our Elysium Black Muscat dessert wine as a magical closer to almost any meal. Or that it serves as a great warm weather mixer when poured over ice and paired with tonic water and lemon juice, or with sparkling wine. Yet its versatility doesn’t stop there. Like Essensia, Elysium’s mixability in both classic and modern cocktail creations is remarkable, and for most, that revelation is fairly unknown. So we wanted to let you in on the secret of Elysium’s cocktail potential!
Elysium is a fantastic alternative to traditional dark berry liquors like Chambord and others. Elysium boasts a deep, rich, and balanced flavor profile. Its sweetness mellows out the “burn” from spirits perfectly and simultaneously offers aromatic and mouth water flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose─flavors which are used in cocktails regularly. In addition, with an alcohol level at less than half of some popular liqueurs, Elysium delivers more flavor without making your cocktail excessively boozy. This also means it’s a great option for those who are searching for low ABV drinks. Finally is the tremendous value it offers. Elysium is nearly half the price of most popular liqueurs, which means twice the mixing and sipping.
To get you started mixing and exploring with Elysium, here are 4 popular cocktails to try:
